Chief Sales Officer

Qualification:

Post Graduation in Management - Marketing specialization

Experience:

2 - 4 years in Sales

Reports To:

Chief Executive Officer

Personal Attributes:

  • Experience and exposure in leading the Marketing, & Sales function / Teams.
  • Knowledge and experience in handling customers of B to B and B to C markets.
  • Strong Customer service orientation.
  • Should have techno-functional background with a good understanding of technologies and the Software market.
  • Should have managed and team of pre-sales support and solution architects to deliver winning proposals for the organization.
  • Should possess very good communication and client facing skills.
  • Possess ability to effectively engage and interface with the clients.
  • Proficient in delivering client presentations at CXO level.
  • Should possess the capability to work with senior management and functions beyond the chain of command.
  • Should demonstrate decision making abilities on matter relating to deal qualification, negotiations, P&L management, etc.
