TIME SHEET

Time Sheet automates all time tracking related processes of an organization. The offered functionality enhances the organization's performance by eliminating paperwork and manual processes associated with time and attendance needs. Time Sheet also helps to efficiently organize labor data, improve the workforce management and minimize errors in enforcement of company's attendance policies.

REPORTS

This feature allows customizing reports to one areas needs. Any number of reports can be defined by selecting from a range of search criteria and report fields. Report definitions can be saved so as to avoid repeating the task. Once the report definition is saved, it can be generated by providing the required criteria data, In addition you can view, send and take print outs of several other reports that are company specific and complying with Government of India rule.

PERFORMANCE

This module analyzes the performance of employees on the basis of their attendance, in and out time, view their overtime work etc. These analyses are then graphically coded for the users to easily assess employees' performance. This module is very useful for decision-makers of an organization to keep a track on the Employee Performance Index.

Employee Self Service (ESS)

Employee Self Service is an application provided to the employees of a company to access details like personal information, update personal info with web-enabled PCs without having to hassle the HR staff.
