The Time and Attendance Module enhances the organization's performance by eliminating paperwork and manual processes associated with time and attendance needs. Attendance recording process can be automated by integrating a Biometric (Fingerprint Detection) System, into the On Demand Time and Attendance module. Employees can register their attendance by placing their fingertip on the sensor of the biometric Fingerprint Detector.
This efficiently tracks the time-in and time-out sessions of each employee and directly sends a record to the other modules of the system. These records are processed while calculating salary at the end of the month and while generating reports.
This module streamlines all labor data and minimizes shortfalls in enforcement of company's attendance policies.
The attendance related data are stored in the memory of the hardware component, and only at the end of every month, the On Demand System will process the data. This eliminates the uncertainties connected with internet connection errors and other system downtime phases.
